Construction Industry Demand for Skilled Workers

Large-scale construction projects rely on experienced masons, carpenters, steel fixers, scaffolders, and helpers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are achieved. These trades play an essential role in structural works, finishing activities, reinforcement installation, access system construction, and overall project support.

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades. Plaster Masons will carry out wall finishing and plastering works. Carpenters will support formwork and construction activities. Steel Fixers will install and secure reinforcement steel according to project specifications. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site operations, while Scaffolders will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess relevant construction experience and be physically fit for site work. Scaffolder candidates must hold a valid TUV certificate. All candidates must provide the required documents and present their original passport during the recruitment process.
