 Key Responsibilities

Workers will be assigned according to their specific trade and certification level. Riggers (TUV Level II & III) will handle lifting operations, load securing, and safe movement of heavy materials on site. QC Inspectors will ensure welding and fabrication quality meets Aramco standards, while structural fitters and piping fabricators will execute precise installation work based on technical drawings. Millwright fitters will be responsible for machinery alignment, maintenance, and mechanical adjustments. Safety Officers will monitor site conditions, enforce compliance, and ensure all activities follow AJEER and Aramco safety regulations. Each role requires strict adherence to project guidelines, teamwork coordination, and continuous reporting to supervisors for smooth workflow execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must possess relevant technical qualifications and field experience in industrial or construction environments. Aramco approval will be highly preferred for riggers, QC inspectors, and safety officers. Structural and mechanical trades should have strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding standards, and installation procedures. Safety officers must understand occupational health standards and risk assessment procedures. Basic English communication skills, physical fitness, and ability to work in high-pressure site conditions are essential. Chamber registration and valid documentation such as Iqama, insurance, medical fitness, and passport copies are mandatory for all applicants.
