Quality Control and Scaffolding Supervisor
Description
A major recruitment campaign is currently underway for experienced and Aramco-approved professionals to support ongoing industrial operations at the Jafurah Project. The available positions include Scaffolder Supervisor, Rotating QC Inspector, and Static QC Inspector. These roles are critical for maintaining safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence across construction, maintenance, and industrial activities. Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective positions. Scaffolder Supervisors will oversee scaffolding crews, monitor scaffold erection and dismantling activities, and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Rotating QC personnel will inspect rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated machinery to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Static QC personnel will inspect static equipment including vessels, tanks, piping systems, and structural components. All positions require coordination with project teams, preparation of reports, verification of work quality, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures throughout project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess Aramco approval relevant to their positions and demonstrate strong technical knowledge within their area of expertise. Scaffolder Supervisors should have experience managing scaffold operations and maintaining safety compliance. Rotating QC professionals should have expertise in inspection procedures for rotating equipment and quality assurance systems. Static QC professionals should possess knowledge of static equipment inspection, fabrication standards, and quality control requirements. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, technical documentation experience, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for all categories. Previous industrial, oil and gas, or petrochemical project experience is highly preferred.
