Quality Control professionals play an essential role in maintaining project excellence from planning through execution and final handover. Their responsibility is not limited to inspection activities; they also ensure compliance with engineering specifications, international standards, and project procedures. QC Managers lead quality systems and coordinate with stakeholders, QC Engineers perform inspections and verification processes, while QC Supervisors manage field execution and workforce coordination. Document Controllers and Data Entry personnel support project documentation accuracy and reporting requirements that are critical to maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for managing and monitoring quality activities based on their assigned categories and disciplines. QC Managers will oversee quality planning, reporting, audit preparation, and implementation of quality procedures across project operations. QC Engineers will conduct inspections, review drawings and specifications, monitor testing activities, and coordinate corrective actions where required. QC Supervisors will supervise site-level quality execution and ensure teams comply with approved standards and project requirements.
Document Controllers and Data Entry personnel will manage technical records, maintain organized documentation systems, process project files, and ensure that all engineering documents remain updated and accessible. Across all categories, employees are expected to coordinate with construction teams, maintain reporting accuracy, support audits, and contribute to maintaining project quality throughout execution stages.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and professional experience within industrial, construction, electrical, mechanical, or oil & gas project environments. Strong technical knowledge of inspection standards, quality procedures, engineering documentation, and project compliance requirements is highly preferred. Candidates applying for managerial and engineering positions should demonstrate leadership ability, communication skills, and experience working in large-scale industrial projects.
Candidates must also have the ability to work in deadline-driven environments while maintaining attention to detail and professional reporting standards. Experience in Aramco-related projects will be considered an advantage due to the strict quality expectations and operational requirements associated with these assignments. Familiarity with digital reporting tools, project coordination processes, and document management practices is beneficial.
