Main Work Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will depend on the selected trade. Blasting Foremen will supervise blasting teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is performed according to approved procedures and safety requirements. Blasters will carry out assigned blasting activities while following strict industrial safety controls. Scaffolders and Scaffolding Supervisors will be responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and maintaining safe scaffolding structures. Rigger III personnel will assist with lifting and material-handling operations using approved rigging practices. Coaters will perform surface preparation and coating activities, while Welders and Welding Supervisors will handle welding operations and supervise welding teams according to project standards. Fabricators will perform fabrication and fitting work, while Helpers will support skilled workers with general site duties and material handling. All workers must follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions.
