Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing assigned duties according to their job category. Rigger III personnel will assist in lifting, shifting, and securing heavy materials using proper rigging techniques while following safety instructions. Helpers will support technicians, riggers, and supervisors in daily site operations, including material handling, cleaning work areas, and assisting in basic labor tasks. Flagmen will control traffic flow within the site, guide heavy vehicles, and ensure that movement of equipment is carried out safely without risk to workers or machinery. All workers must follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately to supervisors.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these roles must have relevant site experience and basic understanding of industrial safety standards. Rigger III applicants should have valid authorization and knowledge of lifting procedures, signal communication, and equipment handling. Helpers should be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of performing manual labor in demanding environments. Flagmen must have good attention skills, awareness of safety procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with operators and drivers. Experience in Petrokemya or similar industrial environments with valid ID is highly preferred for all positions.
