Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing their assigned duties according to industry safety standards and project requirements. Riggers and WPR staff will handle lifting, rigging, and site coordination tasks with strict adherence to safety protocols. Safety Officers will monitor workplace hazards, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and conduct safety inspections. Firewatchmen will be responsible for observing hot work areas and preventing fire risks during welding or cutting activities. Energy Technicians will support technical maintenance and energy-related site operations. All workers are expected to follow instructions from supervisors, maintain proper documentation, and ensure smooth workflow on-site while maintaining high safety standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant experience in industrial or construction environments, particularly in Aramco or large-scale project sites. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, especially for rigging, firewatch, and site supervision, is essential. Candidates should have valid certifications such as TUV or equivalent training approvals from recognized institutions. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and discipline in following site regulations are required. Experience in handling tools, equipment, and industrial site operations will be an added advantage. Physical fitness and readiness to work in demanding field conditions are also important for all positions offered under this recruitment.
