Rigger Level 3 (10 Nos)

Industrial construction and energy projects depend on qualified riggers to handle lifting operations safely and efficiently. Skilled riggers are responsible for preparing loads, selecting appropriate lifting equipment, and coordinating with operators and site teams during critical lifting activities. An urgent recruitment drive is currently seeking Aramco-approved Rigger Level 3 professionals for two long-term project assignments, offering competitive hourly rates and company-provided FAT. Candidates with the required approval and valid documents can apply for the available positions.

Two Project Opportunities for Certified Rigger Level 3 Professionals

The recruitment is open for 10 Aramco-approved Rigger Level 3 positions, divided between two projects. Five vacancies are available for the Riyas Project at a rate of SAR 48 per hour, while another five positions are available for the Jafurah Project at SAR 50 per hour.

Both assignments are described as long-term, making them potentially suitable for riggers looking for continued industrial project work. The payment schedules differ between the two projects, so applicants should carefully confirm the applicable terms before joining.

What the Rigger Role Involves

A Rigger Level 3 is responsible for supporting lifting and material-handling operations by preparing loads and ensuring that lifting activities are carried out safely. Daily work can include inspecting lifting accessories, selecting suitable slings and shackles, attaching loads correctly, and communicating with crane or lifting-equipment operators.

Riggers also need to understand load balance, lifting capacity, signalling procedures, and safe working distances. Before a lift begins, they should check that equipment and accessories are in suitable condition and that the load is properly secured. During operations, clear communication with the lifting team is essential to prevent accidents and protect personnel and equipment.

Experienced riggers may also assist with positioning heavy components, coordinating movement within restricted work areas, and following project-specific lifting procedures. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety are particularly important for this position.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant professional experience as a Rigger Level 3 and must meet the advertised Aramco approval requirement. Candidates should be familiar with industrial lifting practices and capable of working according to approved site procedures.

A good understanding of rigging equipment, lifting plans, load handling, hand signals, and basic safety requirements is important. Candidates should also be physically fit and able to work effectively as part of a coordinated lifting team.

The recruitment notice specifically requires an Absher Iqama and Aramco ID. Candidates are also instructed to come to the office with their original passport and documents for verification. Applicants should ensure that all credentials are valid and genuine before attending.
