SALWA Contracting Company is conducting a very urgent recruitment for experienced Rigger Level I, Rigger Level II, and Rigger Level III professionals for an ongoing project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for certified riggers who have experience in construction, industrial, or oil and gas projects. Riggers play a critical role in ensuring that heavy lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently by preparing lifting equipment, coordinating with crane operators, and following approved lifting procedures. Candidates who possess the required skills and are ready for immediate mobilization are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
The selected riggers will be responsible for inspecting lifting equipment, preparing loads for lifting operations, attaching slings and rigging accessories, and guiding crane operators during lifting activities. They will ensure that all lifting tasks comply with company safety procedures and industry standards while identifying potential hazards before work begins. Riggers are also expected to maintain lifting gear, perform routine equipment inspections, communicate effectively with supervisors and lifting teams, and complete all assigned tasks safely and professionally. Teamwork, attention to detail, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations are essential for this role.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience according to the level they are applying for and possess a strong understanding of rigging practices, lifting equipment, load calculations, and workplace safety procedures.
