Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with project safety standards. Their role is essential in preventing accidents and promoting a strong safety culture across industrial projects.
Responsibilities and Daily Work
Selected candidates will conduct site safety inspections, monitor compliance with HSE regulations, organize toolbox talks, investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, and ensure workers follow approved safety procedures. They will also coordinate with supervisors and project management to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a 3-Year Diploma, along with a minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience. A valid NEBOSH Certificate, NEBOSH Email Confirmation, and company-sealed experience certificates from previous employers are mandatory. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
