Responsibilities and Daily Work Activities
The selected candidate will conduct regular safety inspections, monitor daily work activities, investigate unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with company and project safety procedures. Responsibilities also include organizing toolbox talks, verifying the correct use of personal protective equipment, maintaining safety documentation, and coordinating with supervisors to implement corrective actions whenever hazards are identified. The Safety Officer will also support emergency preparedness and contribute to building a strong safety culture on site.
Skills, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have previous experience working on substation projects, along with a solid understanding of industrial safety standards and risk management practices. Candidates should possess valid Chamber and Ajeer documents, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced project environment. Immediate availability for mobilization will be considered an advantage.
