Key Responsibilities

The selected Safety Officers will be responsible for monitoring daily work activities, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with company and project safety procedures. Their duties include identifying workplace hazards, implementing preventive measures, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting safety awareness among workers. They will also review work permits, monitor high-risk activities, investigate incidents, and prepare safety reports when required. Safety Officers must coordinate closely with supervisors, engineers, and project management teams to ensure that all operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Regular site audits, emergency preparedness activities, and enforcement of personal protective equipment requirements are also key parts of the role. Skills and Knowledge
