Key Responsibilities
Each position requires specific technical and practical duties on-site. Plumbers are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping and drainage systems. Masons perform block work, bricklaying, plastering, and structural finishing tasks. Gypsum Carpenters handle ceiling installations, partitions, and interior finishing works with precision. HVAC Technicians install and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems while ensuring proper functionality and efficiency. Safety Officers monitor site safety compliance, conduct inspections, enforce PPE usage, and implement safety protocols. All workers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, maintain productivity, and ensure quality workmanship.
Skills and Knowledge
