Key Responsibilities
Employees selected for these roles will be responsible for executing field duties according to job specialization. Safety Officers will monitor workplace safety, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Work Permit Receivers will manage permits, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure all tasks are authorized before execution. Structural Fitters and Riggers will handle installation, alignment, and movement of heavy structural components while maintaining precision and safety. Workers must follow supervisor instructions, use proper PPE, and ensure all tasks are completed without violating safety protocols. Coordination between departments, reporting hazards, and maintaining site discipline are also key parts of daily responsibilities in these industrial environments.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial construction or oil & gas projects. Safety Officers should have strong understanding of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and emergency response. Riggers and Structural Fitters must be skilled in lifting operations, structural alignment, and use of mechanical tools. WPR candidates should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and site coordination procedures. Basic communication skills in English and the ability to work under pressure in outdoor industrial environments are essential. Previous experience in Aramco vendor projects or GCC industrial sites will be considered a strong advantage for all positions.
