Technical Experience for General Contracting Company is urgently recruiting experienced professionals for offshore oil and gas operations. Immediate vacancies are available for Offshore Safety Officers and Offshore Work Permit Receivers (WPR). This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates with offshore experience and the required OPITO BOSIET certification to join a 6-month project, which is extendable based on project requirements and performance. Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities

Offshore Safety Officers are responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across offshore operations. They conduct safety inspections, perform risk assessments, ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, investigate incidents, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture on the platform. Offshore Work Permit Receivers (WPR) manage the permit-to-work process by verifying worksite conditions, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, issuing work permits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all offshore activities comply with company and client safety procedures. Both positions require strict adherence to offshore safety standards and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Professional Qualifications and Required Skills

Applicants should have relevant offshore experience in the oil and gas industry along with excellent knowledge of offshore HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems. A valid OPITO BOSIET Certificate is mandatory for both positions. Candidates must also have a Muqeem validity of at least 6 months before deployment. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in offshore environments are essential.
