Required Skills and Professional Experience
Applicants must have strong experience in wind power projects, particularly in construction and operation phases. Safety Supervisors require at least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in wind energy projects. Safety Managers must have 10 years of experience in HSE roles with strong leadership capability. Safety Officers require at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in wind power projects.
All candidates must hold a valid NEBOSH certification and possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Strong knowledge of international safety standards, risk management, and industrial safety systems is mandatory.
