Key Responsibilities & Work Duties
Mechanical Foremen will supervise mechanical teams, distribute daily tasks, coordinate site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure that mechanical work is completed safely and according to project requirements. Mechanical Fitters will handle mechanical fitting, installation, alignment, maintenance, and other industrial mechanical activities. SBM/Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas during hot-work operations, identify potential fire hazards, maintain continuous observation, and follow emergency and safety procedures. Multi Welders will perform welding activities involving Carbon Steel (CS) and Stainless Steel (SS) while maintaining required quality standards. Welding Foremen will supervise welding teams and coordinate welding operations, while Bolt Torqueing Technicians will carry out controlled bolt-tightening and torqueing activities using appropriate procedures and equipment.
Skills, Experience & Technical Requirements
Applicants should possess practical experience relevant to the position for which they are applying. Mechanical Foremen and Welding Foremen should have strong team-supervision and coordination skills, along with knowledge of industrial work practices. Mechanical Fitters should understand mechanical installation, fitting, alignment, and maintenance activities. SBM/Fire Watch candidates should understand hot-work hazards, fire prevention, and workplace safety procedures. Multi Welders must have suitable experience in CS and SS welding, while Bolt Torqueing Technicians should be familiar with torqueing procedures and the correct handling of torqueing tools.
