Scaffolders play a critical role in ensuring safe access to elevated work areas during construction, maintenance, and inspection activities. Properly erected scaffolding allows other trades to perform their duties safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who understand industrial safety standards and have hands-on experience with scaffold installation and dismantling on large project sites.

Job Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Selected candidates will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved safety procedures and project requirements. They will inspect scaffold components before use, ensure structures remain stable throughout operations, and work closely with supervisors and safety teams to maintain a secure working environment. Candidates are expected to follow company regulations, use the correct personal protective equipment, and perform all assigned duties with professionalism and attention to detail.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must hold an Original TUV Scaffolder Certificate issued by Bureau Veritas or TUV SUD, as only these certifications will be accepted. Previous experience on industrial construction or maintenance projects is highly preferred. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of working at heights, and committed to following workplace safety procedures.
