Job Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while maintaining productivity, quality, and workplace safety. Scaffolders will erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures to provide safe access for work at height. Civil Foremen will supervise construction teams, coordinate daily site activities, ensure work is completed according to project schedules, and maintain quality standards. Carpenters will construct and install formwork, wooden structures, and other construction-related frameworks required on site. Helpers will assist skilled workers by handling construction materials, preparing work areas, cleaning job sites, and supporting daily operations. All employees are expected to follow company procedures and work efficiently as part of a team.
Skills, Experience, and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective construction trades and be capable of working in demanding site conditions. Civil Foreman candidates should have leadership abilities and previous experience supervising construction activities. Candidates applying for scaffolding positions should be familiar with safe scaffold erection and dismantling procedures. Carpenters should have practical knowledge of construction formwork and finishing tasks, while Helpers should be physically fit and willing to support various construction activities. Candidates with industrial or large-scale construction project experience will be preferred.
