Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing trade-specific duties according to project requirements. Scaffolders will handle safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures using proper safety standards. Pipe fitters will install, align, and maintain piping systems in industrial plants. Insulation foremen will supervise insulation activities and ensure proper thermal protection of equipment and pipelines. Safety officers will monitor site activities, enforce Aramco safety regulations, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. WPR candidates will manage work permits and ensure all activities are carried out under approved documentation. Rigger Level 3 workers will handle lifting operations, rigging equipment, and load movement with strict safety procedures. All workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain tools, and ensure safe working practices at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant trade experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in industrial or construction projects, preferably in Aramco-approved environments. Strong knowledge of safety procedures, technical drawings, and industrial standards is required. Scaffolders must hold valid TUV certification. Safety officers must have Aramco approval and strong understanding of HSE systems. WPR and riggers should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and lifting operations. Pipe fitters and insulation foremen must have practical field experience in industrial piping and insulation works. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and physical fitness are essential for all positions. Previous Gulf experience is highly preferred and increases selection chances.
