Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of a Scaffolder is to erect, inspect, alter, and dismantle scaffold systems in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards. Scaffolders must read and understand scaffold plans, determine material requirements, and ensure that structures are properly secured before use. They inspect scaffolding components for defects, verify load capacities, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Daily duties include assembling tubes, boards, fittings, and support structures while maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
