Key Responsibilities
Employees will be responsible for performing site-specific tasks according to their assigned category. Scaffolding foremen will supervise scaffold erection, inspection, and dismantling while ensuring safety compliance and team coordination. Scaffolders will assist in assembling secure working platforms following technical guidelines and safety procedures. Cladders will handle installation of exterior panels and protective coverings, ensuring proper alignment and finishing quality. Fire watch personnel will monitor high-risk areas, enforce fire safety rules, and respond immediately to any potential hazards. All workers must strictly follow site instructions, safety regulations, and supervisor directions to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant experience in construction or industrial site operations. Scaffolding workers are required to have valid TUV certification and knowledge of structural safety procedures. Fire watch personnel should understand emergency response protocols and basic fire prevention techniques. Cladding workers must have technical skills in installation, measurement accuracy, and material handling. Good physical fitness, teamwork ability, and awareness of occupational safety standards are essential for all roles.
