This recruitment drive is for highly important safety and inspection roles within industrial and oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The available positions include Scaffolding Inspector, Scaffolding Supervisor, and Fire Watch personnel. These roles play a critical part in ensuring that all construction and maintenance activities are carried out safely and in full compliance with industry standards. The job environment is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, discipline, and a commitment to workplace safety. Candidates will be working in regulated industrial areas where safety procedures are strictly enforced, especially in high-risk operations such as scaffolding erection and hot work activities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe working conditions at the site and maintaining compliance with approved safety procedures. Scaffolding Inspectors and Supervisors will check scaffold structures for stability, approve erection standards, and ensure workers follow safety guidelines during installation and dismantling. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities such as welding and cutting to prevent fire hazards and respond immediately in case of emergency situations. All roles require constant site monitoring, reporting unsafe conditions, coordinating with safety teams, and ensuring that all activities are performed according to project requirements and safety regulations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and experience in construction or oil & gas projects. Scaffolding Inspectors should understand scaffold codes, inspection techniques, and structural safety standards. Supervisors must have leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively on-site. Fire Watch candidates should be alert, responsible, and capable of identifying fire risks quickly. Basic communication skills in English and knowledge of safety documentation are required. Experience with Ajeer registration and TUV certification (for Fire Watch) will be considered an advantage. Physical fitness and readiness to work in challenging environments are essential.
