Description
This recruitment drive focuses on hiring skilled professionals for critical industrial operations where safety, precision, and technical knowledge are highly important. The job roles include Scaffolding Inspectors, Riggers (Level 1, 2, and 3), Crane Operators, and Supervisors who will be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions on site. These positions are essential in oil & gas, petrochemical, and construction projects where strict compliance with international safety standards is required. The selected candidates will contribute to smooth project execution while ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently and safely in Riyadh-based industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
The selected workforce will be responsible for performing assigned duties according to site safety rules and project requirements. Scaffolding Supervisors and Inspectors will ensure proper erection, inspection, and certification of scaffolding systems before usage. Riggers will handle lifting operations, load calculations, and safe signaling for crane activities at different levels. Crane operators will execute heavy lifting tasks with accuracy and full safety compliance. Supervisors will coordinate workforce activities and ensure discipline and productivity at the site. All workers must follow safety instructions, report hazards, and maintain proper communication with team members and management.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess strong technical knowledge related to their trade along with hands-on experience in industrial or construction projects. Certifications such as Aramco approval, TUV rigging licenses, or equivalent qualifications will be highly preferred. A good understanding of workplace safety regulations, mechanical operations, and lifting procedures is essential. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of working in challenging site environments. Strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills are required to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Experience in large-scale industrial projects will be considered an advantage.
