Scaffolding Inspector & WPR Jobs – Urgent Hiring

Introduction

The construction and industrial sector in Saudi Arabia continues to expand rapidly in 2026, especially under major projects linked with Aramco-approved contractors. With strict safety and engineering standards in place, companies are urgently hiring experienced scaffolding and permit control professionals to maintain safe working environments on high-risk project sites. MOANA AL ARABIA GEN. CONT. EST has announced an urgent requirement for qualified candidates in Scaffolding Inspector, Supervisor, and WPR roles. This opportunity is ideal for skilled Indian professionals looking for long-term employment in Saudi Arabia’s growing construction industry.

Job Role Overview & Importance

Scaffolding Inspectors, Supervisors, and Work Permit Receivers (WPR) play a vital role in ensuring safety and operational control at construction sites. In Aramco-approved projects, safety compliance is extremely strict, and every structure must be inspected and certified before use. The Scaffolding Inspector and Supervisor ensure that all scaffolding structures are properly installed, stable, and safe for workers operating at height. The WPR ensures that all work activities are authorized through proper permits before execution. These roles are essential for maintaining safety standards, preventing accidents, and ensuring smooth workflow in large industrial projects.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The Scaffolding Inspector and Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting scaffolding structures on-site to ensure they meet safety and engineering standards. They will check installation quality, stability, and load-bearing capacity before approving use. Regular site inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, and coordinating with site engineers are key parts of the job. Supervisors will also guide workers and ensure that scaffolding work is completed according to project safety regulations.

The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will handle the authorization process for all site activities. This includes verifying permits, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and safety officers before any work begins. The WPR ensures that no unsafe or unauthorized work is carried out on-site, making them an important part of the safety control system.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in scaffolding inspection, supervision, or permit control systems. Preference will be given to candidates with Aramco-approved experience, as the project follows strict industrial standards. Only Indian candidates are eligible for this requirement.

Candidates must have strong knowledge of safety procedures, scaffolding standards, and permit-to-work systems. Physical fitness is also required, as site work involves field inspections and coordination activities. Basic communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are important for successful performance in these roles.
