Key Responsibilities
The Standby Man will monitor work activities, ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintain communication with work crews, and respond promptly during emergency situations. The role also involves assisting safety personnel in monitoring hazardous work areas and ensuring all activities are carried out according to project safety standards.
The Helper will assist skilled workers with material handling, loading and unloading equipment, preparing work areas, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting daily construction and industrial operations. Both positions require teamwork, discipline, and adherence to company health and safety regulations to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of working in an industrial environment. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory for Helpers, while Standby Men should have basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures and emergency response practices.
