Overview of the Available Roles
The recruitment covers different levels of site responsibility. The Flagman TUV and Firewatch TUV positions are focused on important site-safety functions. Rigger Helpers and Normal Helpers provide essential support to skilled teams by assisting with materials, equipment, housekeeping, and general site activities as directed by supervisors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Structure Foreman may organize work crews, distribute daily assignments, monitor progress, and coordinate with supervisors regarding structural activities. The role also requires maintaining good communication between workers and project management.
Flagmen may guide vehicles, lifting equipment, and other site traffic while maintaining awareness of restricted or active work areas. Firewatch personnel may monitor hot-work activities, observe surrounding areas for potential ignition hazards, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Rigger Helpers can assist rigging teams with preparing materials, handling equipment, and maintaining organized work areas. Normal Helpers may perform general site-support tasks, material handling, housekeeping, and other duties assigned by supervisors.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Candidates applying for the Flagman TUV and Firewatch TUV roles should have the required TUV certification. The Structure Foreman should have suitable supervisory experience in structural work, while helper applicants should be physically capable of performing general project duties.
