Primary Roles and Responsibilities
The available positions involve a variety of responsibilities depending on the selected role. Mechanical Supervisors and Foremen will oversee mechanical installation and column work while managing site teams and ensuring project quality. Rigger III professionals will perform safe lifting and rigging operations according to approved lifting plans. Mechanical Tray Fitters and Fabricators will install, assemble, and fabricate mechanical components based on engineering drawings. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities to prevent fire hazards, while Standby Men will provide continuous safety support during confined space and hazardous operations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit systems and coordinate work authorization. Plant Industrial Electricians will install and maintain electrical systems, Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors will enforce HSE regulations, conduct inspections, and promote safe working practices, while Store and Tool Keepers will manage inventory, equipment distribution, and material records to support uninterrupted project execution.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants must possess valid Yanpet approval along with an active Industrial ID for their respective trade. Relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects is highly preferred. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge related to their profession, understand industrial safety standards, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within multicultural project teams. Good communication skills, discipline, problem-solving ability, and adherence to company procedures are essential for all positions.
