This job opportunity is part of a major Aramco-associated construction and maintenance project located in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of these roles is to ensure smooth execution of piping, rigging, safety supervision, and workforce coordination in a highly regulated industrial environment. Each position plays a vital role in maintaining productivity and safety across the site. Tube Fitters handle precise installation of piping systems, Riggers manage lifting operations, while Safety Officers and HSE Supervisors ensure compliance with strict Aramco safety standards. WPR personnel support workforce planning and site coordination. This project is significant in strengthening oil and gas infrastructure while maintaining operational excellence and safety integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Employees will be responsible for executing their duties according to Aramco-approved procedures and site regulations. Tube Fitters will perform fabrication and installation of piping systems with accuracy and adherence to technical drawings. Riggers will manage lifting activities, ensuring proper rigging techniques and safe handling of heavy equipment. Safety Officers and HSE Supervisors will monitor site activities, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and enforce safety compliance. WPR staff will coordinate workforce allocation, manage reporting tasks, and support supervisors in daily operations. All employees are expected to maintain discipline, follow instructions, and ensure that work is completed efficiently without compromising safety standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant experience in oil and gas or construction projects, particularly in Aramco-approved environments. Technical skills in piping, rigging, or safety management are essential depending on the role. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures is required for safety-related positions. Communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow strict instructions are important for all categories. Certification such as Aramco approval, Ajeer registration, or vendor code eligibility will be considered a strong advantage. Prior experience in long-term industrial projects is highly preferred.
