Job Role Overview & Importance

Each role in this recruitment plays a vital part in ensuring smooth execution of industrial construction activities. Welders are responsible for high-quality fabrication and jointing of metal structures, while insulators ensure thermal efficiency and protection of piping and equipment systems. Cladding fitters support insulation finishing works, and piping engineers oversee design implementation and technical execution of piping systems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Welders (2G SAW Plate Welders) will perform precision welding on structural plates and piping components according to project specifications. They must ensure strong, defect-free welds and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Insulating Foremen will supervise insulation teams, manage site activities, and ensure proper installation of thermal insulation systems. Insulators and cladding fitters will handle insulation application, surface preparation, and protective covering installation to maintain system efficiency.

Piping Engineers will oversee piping design execution, coordinate with site teams, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project requirements. They will also be responsible for technical coordination, progress monitoring, and quality assurance across piping works.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have prior experience in their respective trades within industrial construction or oil & gas projects. Welders should be certified in 2G SAW welding techniques. Insulation workers must have practical site experience, while foremen and engineers should have strong leadership and technical coordination skills.

Candidates must be capable of working in demanding site environments and following strict safety protocols. Required documents include CV, experience certificates, Ajeer (where applicable), vendor code, GOSI registration, and normal identification documents. Submission of original passport at the office is mandatory.
