Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will be responsible for administering the permit-to-work system in accordance with Saudi Aramco safety procedures and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include receiving and verifying work permits, ensuring all safety precautions are completed before work begins, coordinating with operations, maintenance, and HSE personnel, monitoring permit compliance, and maintaining accurate permit documentation. The WPR will also identify potential workplace hazards, communicate with supervisors regarding permit status, and ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company and client regulations. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential for this role.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) on Saudi Aramco or other industrial projects. A valid Aramco Vendor Code is mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the Aramco Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, hazard identification, risk assessment, lockout/tagout procedures, and industrial safety standards. Good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments are highly desirable.
