Key Responsibilities
▪ Work Permit Receiver: Responsible for ensuring all work activities are carried out under valid permits, maintaining strict compliance with site safety rules, and coordinating with supervisors before job execution.
▪ Safety Officer: Ensures full implementation of safety procedures on site, conducts inspections, identifies hazards, and promotes a safe working environment for all workers.
▪ Radiation Safety Officer: Monitors radiation levels at work sites, ensures safe handling of radioactive materials, and enforces compliance with radiation safety standards.
▪ Tank QC: Inspects storage tanks and related structures to ensure quality compliance with project specifications and industrial standards.
▪ Rigger Level 3: Performs safe lifting operations, prepares rigging plans, and ensures proper handling of heavy equipment during installation or movement.
▪ Piping QC: Conducts quality inspections on piping systems, ensures welding and installation meet project requirements, and maintains QA/QC documentation.
▪ Piping Foreman: Supervises piping installation activities, manages workforce, and ensures work is executed according to isometric drawings and project standards.
▪ Pipe Fabricator: Performs fabrication work based on technical drawings, ensures accurate cutting and fitting, and maintains quality standards in piping systems.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have 4 to 6 years of relevant industrial experience depending on the role. Candidates applying for QA/QC and safety positions should have strong knowledge of inspection procedures, safety regulations, and industrial compliance standards within projects or similar environments.
Pipe Fabricators and Foremen must be skilled in reading isometric drawings, fabrication techniques, and site coordination, preferably with experience in projects. Radiation Safety Officers must hold valid RSO certification and demonstrate expertise in hazardous material handling.
