Key Responsibilities and Daily Work Activities
Work Permit Receivers (WPR) are responsible for managing permit-to-work activities, verifying site readiness, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring that all work is performed according to approved safety requirements. Standby Men (SBM) monitor work activities in designated areas, maintain communication with project teams, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and provide support during critical operations. Safety Officers conduct inspections, identify workplace hazards, monitor safety compliance, investigate incidents, and promote a safe working environment. All personnel are expected to follow project regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to operational excellence.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Industry Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, construction, or maintenance environments. Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment procedures, and emergency response practices is highly desirable.
