The company is seeking 8 qualified WPR professionals who possess valid Petro Rabigh authorization and are ready for immediate deployment. The selected candidates will receive Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) provided by the company. Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will be responsible for managing the permit-to-work system in accordance with Petro Rabigh safety procedures and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include receiving and verifying work permits, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, ensuring all safety precautions are implemented before work begins, monitoring permit compliance during work execution, and maintaining accurate permit records. The WPR will also identify workplace hazards, communicate with supervisors and HSE personnel, and ensure that all activities are carried out safely while complying with client and company safety regulations.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Work Permit Receiver (WPR) on refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. A valid Petro Rabigh WPR Authorization is mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of permit-to-work procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, industrial safety standards, and emergency response protocols. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment are essential.
