Key Responsibilities & Work Scope
The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and managing work permits in accordance with Saudi Aramco safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include verifying job site readiness, ensuring all required safety precautions are in place before work begins, coordinating with HSE personnel and supervisors, monitoring ongoing work activities, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with permit-to-work requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with project teams, and suspending work whenever unsafe conditions are identified.
Required Skills & Professional Qualifications
Applicants must be Saudi Aramco Approved and possess relevant experience as a Work Permit Receiver on industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Saudi Aramco permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, risk assessment, lockout/tagout procedures, confined space requirements, and workplace safety regulations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work effectively in demanding project environments are essential for this position.
