Black Shield International has announced an urgent requirement for Work Permit Receivers (WPR – Non-Aramco) for projects. The company is seeking 10 qualified WPR professionals who are available for immediate mobilization. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and meet several mandatory requirements, including an EWA Certificate, valid Saudi driving license, Third Party Training & Certificate, OHTL experience, fluent English communication skills, and a valid Ajeer document. This opportunity is particularly suitable for experienced WPR candidates who are ready to join immediately.
Work Permit Duties & Project Responsibilities
Selected WPR professionals will be responsible for managing and supporting permit-to-work activities across the assigned projects. Their duties may include reviewing work permits, confirming that required safety conditions are in place, coordinating with supervisors and work crews, monitoring permit validity, and ensuring that work is performed within the approved scope. WPRs may also communicate permit requirements to workers, coordinate with relevant site personnel, and report unsafe conditions or permit violations. Because the projects require OHTL experience, candidates should be comfortable working around overhead transmission line environments and following strict safety procedures.
Required Skills, Experience & Certifications
Applicants must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience and meet all the mandatory requirements listed by the employer. An EWA Certificate is mandatory, along with a valid Saudi driving license and Third Party Training & Certificate. Candidates must also have OHTL experience and be fluent in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with project personnel. A valid Ajeer document is also mandatory.
