WPR (10 position)

Work permit control is an important part of industrial project operations, particularly where multiple activities require proper authorization before work begins. Experienced Work Permit Receivers help coordinate permit-related requirements, communicate work conditions to crews, and support safe execution of planned activities. An urgent opportunity is currently available for 10 Aramco WPRs in Jizan, with a rate of SAR 40.

A Key Position in Permit-Controlled Work

A Work Permit Receiver helps ensure that work crews understand the conditions attached to approved permits before starting their tasks. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with site procedures. WPRs often coordinate with supervisors and other responsible personnel to ensure work remains within the permitted scope.

For large industrial projects, effective permit coordination helps prevent misunderstandings and reduces the risk of unauthorized or poorly controlled work. Experienced candidates who can handle documentation and communicate clearly with different teams are therefore valuable to project operations.

Responsibilities of a Work Permit Receiver

The selected WPRs may be responsible for receiving and checking work permits, understanding their conditions, and communicating relevant requirements to workers. They may also coordinate with supervisors, monitor changes in work conditions, and report issues when activities no longer match the approved permit requirements.

Maintaining awareness throughout the work period is important. A WPR should be able to recognize changes that could affect the safety or validity of an activity and communicate promptly with the appropriate site personnel. Proper documentation and adherence to established procedures are also essential.

Eligibility and Required Documentation

Applicants should have relevant WPR experience and meet the stated documentation requirements. The vacancy specifically requires Chamber and Vendor Code, so candidates should have these documents ready before applying.

Applicants must have an Iqama with at least three months’ validity, Muqeem with at least three months’ validity, and a passport with at least three months’ validity. Medical fitness documentation is also required.

The recruitment notice clearly states that interested candidates should come directly to the office with their original passport, and candidates without the original passport will not be accepted. Applicants should therefore prepare their documents before visiting.
