A major recruitment opportunity is available for skilled and experienced professionals seeking work on Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia. The supplier is accepting applications from qualified candidates with transferable Iqama who have experience in industrial, construction, oil and gas, and maintenance projects. These positions are suitable for professionals who have technical knowledge, field experience, and the ability to work according to strict project quality and safety standards.
The required categories include QC, piping, welding, E&I, HVAC, MEP, civil, mechanical, fabrication, and technical support positions. Skilled manpower is essential for successful project execution, ensuring that construction and maintenance activities are completed efficiently while following approved procedures. Candidates with relevant certifications, experience letters, and project backgrounds are encouraged to submit their documents for review.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their assigned trade and project requirements. QC professionals will inspect work activities, verify quality standards, review documents, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Piping professionals will handle installation, supervision, fabrication, and coordination of piping activities according to approved drawings and procedures.
WPR Aramco personnel will manage work permits, coordinate with site teams, and ensure safe execution of activities. Supervisors, foremen, and leadmen will manage manpower, monitor daily progress, and ensure work completion according to safety and quality requirements. Welders, fabricators, fitters, and technicians will perform technical tasks while maintaining productivity and following workplace safety regulations.
Civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical workers will support installation, maintenance, and construction activities. Document Controllers will manage project records, reports, and technical documents. Drivers and support staff will assist with transportation and site operations while following company rules.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have strong technical skills, relevant industrial experience, and knowledge of safety procedures used in Aramco and similar projects. Candidates applying for QC positions should have inspection experience and required approvals such as CBT where applicable. Piping, welding, E&I, HVAC, and mechanical professionals should have practical field experience and the ability to understand drawings, procedures, and technical requirements.
Supervisors and foremen should have leadership skills and experience managing site teams. Skilled tradesmen such as pipefitters, electricians, riggers, welders, steel fixers, carpenters, masons, and technicians must have hands-on experience in their respective fields.
