Importance of Multi-Trade Workforce in Industrial Projects
Large industrial projects such as Jafurah require a wide range of skilled workers to maintain continuous operations. From piping and electrical work to rigging and general maintenance, each role contributes to the overall success of the project.
Work Permit Receivers, fitters, electricians, and helpers ensure that construction activities are completed safely and efficiently. Without a properly trained workforce, large-scale industrial operations cannot meet deadlines or safety standards.
Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades. WPR staff will manage permit systems and ensure safety compliance before work begins. Pipe fitters and E&I technicians will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
Riggers will be responsible for safe lifting operations, while grinders and helpers will support fabrication and site preparation tasks. Electricians and instrument technicians will ensure proper functioning of electrical and control systems across the project site.
All workers must follow safety instructions, maintain discipline on site, and complete assigned tasks under supervisor guidance.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience ranging from 3 to 5 years depending on the trade. Candidates must be familiar with industrial work environments and safety procedures.
A valid Iqama (original and Absher digital copy), Muqeem, visa copy, passport copy, GOSI, insurance, and body fitness certificate are required for eligibility. Candidates from India, Bangladesh, and Nepal are eligible to apply.
