Key Responsibilities

They must strictly follow ARAMCO safety procedures and ensure all lifting activities are performed without risk to personnel or equipment. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) are responsible for managing and verifying work permits before any job begins, ensuring that all safety approvals and documentation are in place. Scaffolders are required to assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring stability and safety for workers operating at heights. All roles require strict adherence to safety rules, teamwork, and effective coordination with supervisors and site engineers.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have prior experience in oil and gas or large industrial construction projects. Riggers should hold ARAMCO approval and possess strong knowledge of lifting techniques, rigging equipment, and load management. WPR applicants must understand permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and site safety documentation. Scaffolders must have valid TUV certification along with experience in assembling different types of scaffolding systems. Physical fitness, awareness of industrial safety standards, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
