Available Positions and Their Importance
The recruitment includes one WPR position and three Steel Fixer positions. Duties and Responsibilities
The WPR may be responsible for receiving and coordinating work permits, communicating permit conditions to work crews, checking that required precautions are in place, and coordinating with supervisors or responsible site personnel before and during work activities.
Steel Fixers may cut, bend, position, tie, and secure reinforcement bars according to drawings and instructions. They may also assist with preparing reinforcement assemblies, checking dimensions and spacing, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Both positions require workers to follow project safety procedures and cooperate effectively with other site teams.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Candidates should have practical experience appropriate to their selected trade. WPR applicants should understand work permit procedures and have the ability to coordinate with supervisors and work crews. Steel Fixers should have hands-on experience in reinforcement work and be capable of reading or following basic construction instructions.
