Job Role Overview & Importance
The 3G/4G Welder position is essential in ensuring high-quality welding work for structural and pipeline installations. Welders in this category are responsible for producing strong vertical and overhead welds that meet strict engineering and safety standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing welding tasks on metal structures, pipelines, and fabrication components according to project specifications. Daily duties include preparing welding equipment, inspecting joints, executing 3G and 4G welding positions, and ensuring strong and clean weld finishes. Welders must follow technical drawings and instructions from supervisors while maintaining strict adherence to safety procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining welding tools, checking material quality before work, and ensuring that all completed tasks meet inspection standards. Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have proven experience in 3G and 4G welding positions, preferably in construction, industrial, or pipeline projects. Applicants must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions for extended periods.
