The available job roles are essential for supporting construction operations across multiple project sites under AFCO Contracting Co. The purpose of these positions is to ensure safe working environments, proper site execution, and efficient management of manpower and materials. Safety Officers and Safety Managers will focus on implementing safety policies and monitoring compliance across sites. Carpenters and Scaffolders will handle structural and formwork-related construction tasks. These roles are highly important in the construction industry as they directly contribute to project stability, worker safety, and timely completion of infrastructure projects in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their job roles and project requirements. Safety Officers will monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Safety Managers will supervise safety teams, develop safety plans, and coordinate with project management for risk control. Carpenters will be responsible for formwork, wood structure installation, and finishing works, while Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems safely according to engineering guidelines. All employees must maintain discipline, follow instructions, and ensure compliance with company and client regulations at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant industry experience in construction or safety-related roles. Safety Officers and Managers should possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, site inspection procedures, and risk assessment techniques. Carpenters must have expertise in woodworking, measurement, and structural installation, while Scaffolders should understand scaffolding systems and load safety requirements. Candidates should also have valid documents such as Iqama, passport, medical fitness certificates, and CVs.
