Description
The Helper (English Knowledge) position is an essential support role in construction, industrial, and maintenance projects across Saudi Arabia. This job is mainly focused on assisting skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors in daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Helpers play an important role in maintaining productivity on-site by providing basic support such as material handling, site cleaning, equipment assistance, and general labor duties. Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a Helper include supporting skilled workers in their assigned tasks and ensuring that work areas remain clean, safe, and organized. Helpers assist in loading and unloading materials, transporting tools and equipment, and preparing job sites for daily operations. They may also help in basic installation work under supervision and provide assistance during maintenance or construction activities. Following instructions from supervisors carefully is a key responsibility, especially in large-scale industrial projects. Helpers are also expected to follow all safety guidelines, wear protective equipment, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Their contribution ensures that skilled workers can focus on technical tasks without delays, improving overall project efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge
A successful Helper should have basic knowledge of construction or industrial site operations and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical fitness is very important, as the job requires lifting, carrying, and continuous movement throughout the working day. Basic English understanding is preferred to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members from different backgrounds.
