Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring site activities, ensuring all workers follow safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections to prevent accidents. They must ensure compliance with NEBOSH and OSHA standards, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with supervisors during high-risk operations. In addition, they will conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
The Multi Welder will handle various welding tasks including structural fabrication, repair work, and pipeline welding using different techniques as required by the site. They must ensure welding quality meets industrial standards and follow engineering drawings accurately. Both roles require teamwork, discipline, and strict adherence to site safety rules, especially in high-pressure construction environments.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for the Safety Officer position must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial safety roles, along with valid NEBOSH, OSHA, and BLS training certifications. Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk control, and safety documentation is essential. Communication skills and the ability to train workers on safety procedures are highly required.
For Multi Welders, a valid running card is mandatory along with proven experience in SS welding and industrial fabrication. Applicants must have strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment handling, and blueprint reading.
