Store Keeper, Accountant, Cleaners & Technical Staff
A professional manpower requirement has been announced for multiple positions. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will depend on the position selected. Store Keepers will manage inventory, receive and issue materials, maintain stock records, and organize storage areas. The Accountant will handle routine accounting and financial documentation. Professional Cleaners will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilities. BMS, Public Address, Help Desk, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Electronics, HVAC, Mechanical, and BMS Technicians will perform monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical support according to their respective specialties. Plumbers will handle plumbing installation and maintenance, while HV/MV and LV/DP Electricians will perform electrical installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair work. All staff members must follow workplace safety procedures and complete their duties professionally.
Required Experience & Abilities
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Technical candidates should possess good knowledge of their respective systems, tools, equipment, troubleshooting methods, and maintenance procedures. Store Keepers should be organized and capable of maintaining accurate stock records, while Accountants should have basic professional accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
