Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities will depend on the selected position. E&I Supervisors will oversee electrical and instrumentation activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure work is completed according to project requirements. E&I QC personnel will monitor quality standards, inspect completed work, and ensure applicable procedures are followed. Safety personnel will support site safety activities, while WPRs will handle work permit-related responsibilities and ensure authorized work is performed safely. Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas for fire hazards during hot work activities. E&I Technicians and Electrical Fitters will carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and related technical work. Riggers will assist with lifting and material-handling activities while following safe rigging practices. Every employee will be expected to follow site instructions, maintain safety standards, and cooperate with supervisors and project teams.
Required Experience & Abilities
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should possess practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Supervisory applicants should demonstrate strong leadership and coordination abilities, while QC candidates should have knowledge of inspection and quality-control procedures. Safety and WPR candidates should understand industrial safety practices and permit-to-work requirements. Fire Watch personnel must remain attentive and capable of identifying potential fire hazards. E&I Technicians and Electrical Fitters should have suitable technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation work. Rigger candidates should understand safe lifting practices and the correct use of rigging equipment. Applicants should be physically fit, responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively in an industrial project environment.
