The available construction roles include multiple skilled and semi-skilled positions required for ongoing industrial work at the SABIC project in Jubail 2. Each role contributes directly to the successful completion of structural, civil, and finishing works. Carpenters handle formwork and wood structures, steel fixers manage reinforcement work, masons perform block and concrete operations, scaffolders ensure safe working access at heights, and helpers support all trades on-site. Together, these positions ensure smooth workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality construction output in line with industrial standards.
Key Responsibilities
Workers will be expected to perform daily construction duties under the supervision of site engineers and supervisors. Carpenters must prepare and install wooden frameworks, while steel fixers are responsible for accurate cutting, bending, and fixing of reinforcement bars. Masons will carry out bricklaying, plastering, and finishing work according to project requirements. Scaffolders must erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely. Helpers will assist skilled workers by carrying materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting general construction activities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have prior experience in construction or related industrial work, with a strong understanding of basic tools and site safety procedures. Skilled workers must be able to follow technical instructions and work efficiently in a team environment. Knowledge of construction methods, material handling, and workplace safety is essential. Candidates with GCC or Saudi Arabia experience will be preferred. Physical fitness, discipline, and willingness to work long-term on industrial projects are important requirements for all positions.
