E&I Supervisor / Safety Officer
This urgent recruitment is for experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisors and Safety Officers for ongoing industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. These roles are critical in maintaining safe operations and ensuring technical compliance in industrial environments such as oil, gas, and construction projects. E&I Supervisors are responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation activities, while Safety Officers ensure all site operations are conducted in accordance with strict safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The E&I Supervisor will be responsible for supervising electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Duties include coordinating with site engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, monitoring work progress, and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor must ensure that all electrical and instrumentation work is completed safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Duties include conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The Safety Officer will also conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and maintain safety records to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have relevant industrial experience in E&I supervision or safety officer roles. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and safety regulations is required. Candidates should be able to read technical drawings (for E&I roles) and understand industrial safety procedures.
Both positions require strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to work in high-pressure industrial environments. Experience in construction, oil, and gas projects will be considered a strong advantage.
