Key Responsibilities
Planning Engineers will prepare project schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with site teams, and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. QA/QC Inspectors will perform inspections, testing, and quality checks across civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, welding, and instrumentation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Managers will oversee site operations, lead teams, manage client coordination, and ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently. Senior Engineers will provide technical guidance, review designs, solve engineering issues, and support execution teams. All staff must strictly follow safety regulations, maintain proper documentation, and ensure coordination between departments for successful project completion.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong experience in oil & gas or large construction projects. Planning Engineers should be skilled in project planning tools and scheduling systems. QA/QC Inspectors must understand inspection methods, testing procedures, and documentation standards. Managers require leadership skills, team handling experience, and strong decision-making ability. Senior Engineers should possess advanced technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, structural, or instrumentation disciplines. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and awareness of international safety standards are essential. Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage for all positions.
